Job Location - Turbhe , Navi Mumbai
Experience - 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification - 12th Or Graduate
Industry - Real Estate
Roles & Responsbilities -
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and enquiries.
Manage leads and follow-ups through CRM software.
Update customer details, lead status, and call remarks in CRM.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Send reminders to customers for follow-ups and site visits.
Maintain daily calling reports and lead records.
Support lead conversion and achieve calling targets.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, CRM knowledge, follow-up skills, and basic MS Excel.
