Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CRM Software Expert to manage and optimize our CRM system. The candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of CRM software, including configuration, workflow management, reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM software for smooth day-to-day operations.
Configure CRM workflows, fields, stages, user access, and activities.
Manage lead tracking, sales pipelines, follow-up schedules, and automated reminders.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Generate dashboards, MIS reports, and sales performance reports.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with technical teams when required.




Train and support employees in the effective use of CRM software.
Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Coordinate with sales and management teams to meet CRM-related business requirements.

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in CRM software management or administration.
Robust knowledge of CRM software, configuration, workflows, and reporting.
Understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and customer lifecycle processes.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage CRM processes independently.
Knowledge of Odoo software is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
