About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, handling client enquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, references, and digital channels
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties (residential/commercial/plots)
Conduct site visits and present property details, pricing, and payment plans clearly
Negotiate with clients and close sales to achieve monthly targets




Maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM/Excel
Assist clients with documentation and booking formalities
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing

Requirements
2 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales
Valuable English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality
Ability to work towards targets and handle pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
