Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate with workers and contractors, and monitor construction progress. The ideal candidate should have a civil engineering background, valuable site management skills, and the ability to ensure work is completed according to project requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities.
Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, workers, and other site personnel.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor work progress and support timely completion of project activities.
Check the availability and proper utilization of construction materials.
Maintain daily site progress reports and relevant documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of site safety procedures.




Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
Monitor workmanship and report quality concerns to the project management team.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.
Candidates with a civil construction background are required.
Prior experience in site supervision or construction site operations is preferred.
Knowledge of construction methods, site measurements, and civil drawings.
Positive coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage workers and monitor daily site activities.
