JOB DESCRIPTION – KITCHEN HELPER

Position: Kitchen Helper
Department: Kitchen / Food & Beverage
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: As per vacancy
Experience: 0–2 years preferred; Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Cook/Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
Assist in cooking and food preparation as instructed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
Wash and clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.
Store food items and ingredients properly.
Assist with loading, unloading, and arranging kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements
Basic understanding of kitchen work.




Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Valuable hygiene and cleanliness habits.
Physically fit and willing to perform kitchen duties.
Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
Previous hotel, restaurant, catering, or household kitchen experience will be an advantage.
