Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Regulatory Executive with expertise in fragrance development, perfumery, cosmetics, and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for fragrances, aroma ingredients, cosmetics, and personal care products.
Maintain and control product formulations and regulatory documentation.
Ensure raw materials and formulations comply with industry standards and applicable regulations.
Provide technical support to customers and resolve regulatory queries and complaints.
Handle analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, HPLC, and UV Analyzer.
Maintain documentation as per ISO quality standards.
Knowledge of fragrance encapsulation techniques is preferred.
Ensure compliance with global quality, safety,



health, and environmental (SHE) standards.
Conduct hygiene and safety audits and provide SHE training.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in R&D;, fragrance development, compliance, or regulatory affairs.
Knowledge of fragrance regulations and aroma ingredients.
Familiarity with REACH, FEMA, GHS, Halal, Kosher, and IRA regulations is an added advantage.
Solid technical, analytical, documentation, and management skills.
Positive understanding of global industry regulations and quality standards.
