Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Higher salary for deserving candidates)

Responsibilities
Process orders received via the company website and generate customer invoices.
Pick correct inventory items, verify quantities, and pack shipments securely.
Hand over orders to courier/transport companies and track shipments for timely delivery.
Coordinate with shipment companies regarding status, delays, NDRs, and delivery dates.
Manage packaging stock and arrange supplies with material vendors when needed.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, delays, and after-sales queries.
Resolve customer complaints promptly with appropriate solutions and follow-ups.
Support offline exhibitions, business activities,



and cross-departmental operations as needed.

Requirements
Experience in logistics, transport, shipment companies, or e-commerce order processing preferred.
Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and thrive in a rapid-paced workplace.
Strong coordination, organizational, and practical problem-solving skills.
Basic communication skills (average English-speaking ability is acceptable).
Basic computer literacy (Excel/Sheets, order dashboards, emails) with attention to detail.
Responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
