Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective clients, explaining our HRMS software solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate potential leads through LinkedIn, online research, cold calling, and other channels.
Contact HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers to introduce our HRMS software.
Explain product features, advantages, and solutions to prospective customers.
Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with potential clients.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
Maintain daily lead records, follow-up status, and sales activity reports.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly lead-generation and sales targets.




Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn.
Confidence in making calls and communicating with clients.
Willingness to learn sales techniques and software products.
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation
Salary: As per company standards and candidate suitability.
Incentives: Performance-based incentives may be offered.
Training: Product training and sales guidance will be provided.

Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
