Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews and onboarding.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline and performance Management .
Maintain employee records and coordinate HR-related activities.
Handle PF ,ESI and Payroll
Act as Internal Maintenance Head and ensure maintenance issues are resolved on time.
Supervise housekeeping staff and maintain cleanliness standards.
Track and complete AMC/service renewals before expiry.
Coordinate with service providers, vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Provide regular HR and administration updates to management.
