Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and support the firm's growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, customer support, business development, or client relationship management, with excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and explain the firm's legal services professionally.
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
Convert potential clients into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Maintain regular communication with clients to improve satisfaction and retention.
Maintain records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.




Prepare daily and weekly reports on business development activities.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer support, business development, or relationship management preferred.
Candidates with both sales and customer support experience will be given preference.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid client-handling, follow-up, and convincing abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
