About the Role

Maxima Automation Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to develop recent business opportunities and build strong client relationships in the Industrial Automation & Instrumentation sector.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential industrial clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and recent customers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and commercial proposals.
Negotiate with clients and support order closure.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.




Monitor market trends and identify new project opportunities.

Requirements
MBA – Marketing / BBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Engineering, EPC, or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
