Quality Executive / Senior Quality Executive

Industry: Rotogravure Printing, Lamination & Adaptable Packaging

Salary : ₹35k–₹40k/month QA / QC Full-time Job

Key responsibilities
Inspect incoming raw materials such as BOPP, PET, CPP, LDPE, inks, adhesives, and solvents.
Monitor rotogravure printing quality, including shade matching, registration, print defects, and ink adhesion.
Check lamination quality, bond strength, curing, delamination, and solvent retention where applicable.
Conduct tests for GSM, thickness, COF, seal strength, tensile strength, and other product specifications.
Inspect slitting, pouching, and finished rolls for customer compliance.
Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and 5 Why analysis.




Maintain inspection reports, quality records, SOPs, and product traceability.
Coordinate with production, pre-press, printing, lamination, slitting, and dispatch teams.
Support ISO 9001, BRCGS Packaging, GMP, and customer audits as applicable.
Reduce rejection, wastage, rework, and customer complaints.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
