Hotel Rio Benaras is looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing Chinese cuisine and maintaining consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese dishes, including starters, soups, noodles, rice, and main courses.
Manage food preparation and cooking during service.
Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and proper storage practices.
Monitor stock levels, minimise food waste, and coordinate ingredient requirements.
Support menu planning and work closely with the kitchen team.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Chinese Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
Solid knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, and wok cooking.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
Positive teamwork, organisation, and time management skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
