Position- Legal Associate (Senior)

Function: Legal & Compliance | Experience: 3–6 Years PQE | Qualification: LLB

Role Overview-

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer with strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate advisory, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a quick-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, policies, amendments, and other agreements.
Provide legal and commercial advice to founders, leadership, and business teams.
Handle corporate, compliance, pre-litigation, and IP-related matters.
Develop and improve legal processes, policies, and controls.
Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
Manage multiple stakeholders and legal projects effectively.





Requirements
LLB from a reputed institute.
3–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with law firm and/or in-house exposure.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
