Job Responsibilities:
Manage dealership data in DMS/ERP software.
Maintain accurate sales, service, spare parts, and inventory records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle vehicle stock, billing, purchase, and delivery records.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Spare Parts departments.
Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
Knowledge of EDP/DMS/ERP software.
Understanding of automobile dealership operations.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Qualification: Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred).
Preferred: Experience with Maruti Suzuki or other automobile dealership software will be an added advantage.
