Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle daily production activities in the Plastic Division.
Monitor injection moulding machines and production processes.
Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection.
Manage manpower and shift allocation.
Monitor machine settings and process parameters.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Tool Room teams.
Reduce rejection, rework and material wastage.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Ensure 5S, safety and discipline on the shop floor.
Qualification: Diploma / BE – Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in plastic injection moulding / manufacturing.
