We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide information about products and services.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
