Electronics Design- Senior Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
Experience in leading power electronic product design and development projects.
Positive knowledge of electronic product design and development processes, from requirements gathering through final delivery.
Strong fundamentals in semiconductor switches (MOSFET, IGBT), gate drivers, passive components, ADC/DAC, filters, connectors, PCBs, parasitics, and magnetic components.
Robust understanding of electronic components, analog circuits, and digital circuits.

Hands-on experience in designing and analyzing at least one type of power converter:
AC-DC
DC-DC
DC-AC
AC-AC

Positive understanding of sensors and electromechanical components, including:
Position sensors
Temperature sensors
Gyro sensors
RTDs
Current sensors
Resolvers
Motor encoders
Solenoids
BLDC/PMSM motors
RL/Electronic loads
Dynamometers
Hands-on experience with signal conditioning, operational amplifiers (Op-Amps), filters, and ADC front-end circuits.




Hands-on experience in schematic updates using Mentor Graphics and PCB design/layout reviews.
Hands-on experience with power estimation, thermal management solutions, and their impact on EMI/EMC compliance (DO-160, MIL-STD-461/704).

Experience with serial communication protocols such as:
CAN
I2C
SPI
UART

Expertise in using laboratory test equipment, including:
Digital Multimeters (DMM)
Oscilloscopes
Data Loggers
Hands-on experience in writing test plans, test procedures, and technical reports.
Experience in board bring-up activities and Design Verification Testing (DVT).
Experience in motor controller development using high-performance microcontrollers and/or FPGA is preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Work Experience

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electricals, instrumentation, communications and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR
Advance degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
