Coordinate HVAC service engineers, technicians, and site teams.
Schedule preventive maintenance, breakdown visits, commissioning, and installation activities.
Prepare service reports, quotations, invoices, and customer communications.
Follow up on customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate spare parts, material dispatch, gate passes, and site requirements.
Maintain service records, AMC schedules, warranty details, and complaint trackers.
Coordinate with customers, sales, stores, accounts, and the service department.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports.
Update service activities and material details in ERP.
Follow up on pending complaints until closure and obtain customer feedback.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
