Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 5+ years in B2B/B2C Sales (Industrial or Energy Sector preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the Raipur region.
Manage a team of sales executives and support staff.
Establish strong relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify current opportunities.
Prepare regular reports and sales forecasts.

Robust leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in sales and team management
Market knowledge of Chhattisgarh region
Willingness to travel within the region
