The Interior Site Supervisor acts as the primary link between the design/project management team and the ground-level execution crew. They ensure that residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects are built safely, within budget, and on schedule.
Day-to-Day Site Execution: Supervise daily activities for carpentry, false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and modular furniture installation.
Drawing & Plan Interpretation: Read and execute work strictly according to 2D layout drawings, shop drawings, and finish specifications. as well adhering to renders
Trade & Labor Coordination: Sequence carpenters, painters, electricians, and sub-contractors so work flows smoothly without damaging finished surfaces.
Material & Inventory Management: Verify in office material deliveries against purchase orders, track stock, and ensure secure storage to prevent damages, idle labor or shortages.




Quality & Snag Control: Inspect workmanship regularly, take accurate site measurements, flag defects, and compile/resolve snag lists before handover.
Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track worker attendance, document site issues, and submit regular updates to the Interior Project Manager

Experience
1 to 3yrs experience working with an interior contractor. Modular factory experience will also be considered
Ideally a Civil Engineer, Civil Diploma Holder. Interior Design or Draughtsman experience can be considered if site experience is there
Must have 2 wheeler

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
