We are looking for TPA Executive

Qualification- Graduation
1–3 years of experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance Desk preferred.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of hospital billing and insurance procedures.
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

Job description
Handle cashless and reimbursement cases.
Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, patients, and hospital departments.
Process pre-authorizations, approvals, enhancements, and final approvals.
Check and submit required patient documents to TPAs/insurance companies.
Follow up on pending approvals and queries.
Coordinate with the Billing, MRD, and concerned clinical departments.
Maintain proper records of TPA/insurance cases.
Ensure timely submission of documents and claims.
Handle patient and attendant queries related to insurance/TPA processes.
Perform other TPA-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
