Key Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Promote company products and services to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales orders as required.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and records of daily sales activities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Support payment follow-ups and outstanding collections in coordination with the accounts team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.




Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM software.
Robust customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, furniture sales, or a relevant industry will be preferred, depending on the company's products.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in identifying business opportunities.
Robust focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
