Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily food quality checks and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor factory safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant safety protocols.
Coordinate daily factory operations and supervise activities on the production floor.
Maintain quality inspection logs, SOP documentation, and compliance records.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
Support quality, safety, and compliance audits as required.

Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
Knowledge of food quality checks, hygiene, and factory safety procedures.
Basic understanding of SOPs, quality documentation, and statutory compliance.
Positive coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to work a 12-hour shift at the Karjat / Khalapur factory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
