Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide accurate product knowledge over phone, email, or in person.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage progression and ensure conversions.
Achieve individual targets for lead conversion and client onboarding.
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service without compromise
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to process improvements.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in admissions, sales, telesales, is preferred.
Solid communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Confident and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently
Experience:
admissions: preferably 1 year
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
