Job Summary

ISOL is looking for enthusiastic and motivated B.Tech freshers in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for the position of Technical Sales Engineer. The candidate should have a basic understanding of machines and technical products, along with valuable communication skills and an interest in sales and customer handling.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and customer visits.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical products or machine solutions.
Learn about machine operations, technical specifications, and product applications.
Explain product features, benefits, and technical details to customers.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other relevant documents.
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to address customer requirements.




Follow up with prospective customers and maintain good client relationships.
Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations as required.
Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems and industrial machines.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn technical products and sales processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Positive interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to travel for customer visits, if required.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
