JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage end-to-end recruitment for research and consulting roles
Align hiring plans with project-based manpower requirements and build a solid talent pipeline for critical roles
Handle onboarding and induction processes, ensuring smooth new hire integration
Maintain employee records, HRIS updates, and complete HR documentation across the employee lifecycle
Assist in performance appraisal cycle (form circulation, consolidation, tracking)
Support employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies




Address employee queries related to HR policies, leave, attendance, and payroll coordination
Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring TAT, etc.)
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance across HR processes

REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong understanding of recruitment in research, consulting, or knowledge services environments
Ability to evaluate candidates on analytical thinking and research aptitude
Should possess excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting/MIS

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
1–3 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
Experience in hiring for research/consulting/corporate roles (preferred)
