JOB RESPONSIBILITY OF PRODUCTION MANAGER OPHTHALMIC, DR INJECTION AND LIQUID INJECTION
To Expertise in the manufacturing of the Ophthalmic, Liquid Injection and Dry Injection.
To Plan and execute the priorities given by the Marketing team.
To complete the documentation BMR/BPR and Logbooks at the production and packing entries.
Reporting to General Manager/Director/MD about various activities in Penicillin, Cephaloshprin and Opthalmic section.
To complete the targets as given on daily basis
To utilize the more than 90 % output of the machine excluding PM and breakdowns.
Confirm the requirements of the Raw material and inform it to Store in charge on prior basis.
Distribute the monthly plan to the concern team.
To precisely utilize the resources and lead all the operators and build a efficient team to complete the targets.
Work and complete the batch and in case if any modification is required simultaneously report it to the MD/Director/GM without halting the production.




Lookafter the personal hygiene and safety of the staff.
Administration and maintenance of the production staff.
Discuss of any deficiency related to the staff and resources with in the timeframe so the production shall not be suffered.
Control of production losses
Production bottle necks and deviation control.
Recent task and recent product handling in a swift way.
You should follow the company policy, HR policy of leaves and assure the production staff must follow the policies too.
Plan the shift of production, product status should be as per the priorities and on the FIFO basis.
Team is there to support but your role will be sole responsibility of any failure of product related to the formulation issues and should be answerable to the MD and Drug authorities.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
