We are hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our mobile retail store in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, handling sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones and accessories.
Explain product features, offers, and promotions.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
Handle billing, payments, and basic customer queries.
Meet sales targets and contribute to overall store growth.
Requirements:
Age: 18–30 years
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
Positive communication skills (Hindi/English/Marathi preferred).
Prior experience in retail/mobile sales will be an advantage.
Freshers are also welcome.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + Incentives
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
