Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily outlet operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Achieve sales targets and improve average bill value.
Handle team management, staff scheduling, and training.
Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and stock control.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
Handle cash reconciliation, POS, and daily sales reports.
Ensure equipment maintenance and overall outlet cleanliness.
Eligibility:
3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant operations.
Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Positive communication, leadership, and operational skills.
Hotel Management qualification preferred.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
