Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and management for daily sales activities.
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and maintain customer databases in CRM.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
Follow up on leads, pending orders, payments, and deliveries.
Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and sales records.
Coordinate with the dispatch, service, and accounts departments.
Schedule customer meetings and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication professionally.

Required Skills
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word,



and email.
Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
Valuable follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in sales coordination or CRM will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
