Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Administrator cum Telecaller to manage day-to-day office administration activities and handle customer/lead follow-ups through telephone calls.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to customer/lead enquiries.
Make follow-up calls to leads and customers.
Maintain call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams whenever required.
Maintain office records, files, and basic reports.
Assist with scheduling meetings and other office activities.
Support the HR/management team with general administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.




Perform other administrative and telecalling duties assigned by management.

Eligibility
BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or any graduate.
Previous experience in office administration, telecalling, customer support, or coordination will be an advantage.
Experience in the solar/renewable energy industry will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
