Drive admissions and achieve enrolment targets through lead generation, follow-ups, parent counselling, and school tours.
Manage parent relationships, address queries and concerns, and ensure a positive parent experience.
Identify prospects for business growth through referrals, community outreach, and promotional activities.
Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead and supervise teachers and support staff to maintain quality standards.
Monitor curriculum implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
Maintain admission records, centre documentation, and operational reports.
Coordinate with academic and operations teams to achieve centre goals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
