We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter (NON IT) to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill the company's manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.




Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates within the given timelines.
Manage job postings on platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and candidate joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain regular recruitment reports.
Support other HR activities, including employee documentation and onboarding

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
