Position Title: MIS Executive

No. of positions: 1

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai (HO)

Reports To:

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary Range: Starting range – Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 per month

(Negotiable based on skills & experience) - Salary is negotiable for candidates with

relevant experience and solid Excel/reporting skills, based on interview performance

and current/last drawn salary

Job Summary:

We are looking for a MIS Executive with strong and advanced knowledge of MS Excel

to handle data consolidation, reporting, and presentation. The role requires

preparing accurate MIS reports and supporting management with timely data insights.

Key

Responsibilities:

 Preparation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

 Data consolidation from multiple sources and ensuring data accuracy

 Advanced Excel-based reporting using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables,

formulas, and formatting

 Designing and formatting reports and presentations for management review





 Coordinating with internal teams for data collection and validation

 Maintaining records and ensuring timely submission of reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Strong & advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)

 Good understanding of data consolidation, report formatting & presentation

 Ability to work with large data sets and meet deadlines

 Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint & Word will be an added advantage

 Positive communication and coordination skills

Education & Experience:

 Any Graduate

 1–2 years of experience will be an added advantage

 Freshers are also welcome, provided they have robust Excel skills

Additional Preferences:

 Candidates residing nearby will be preferred

 Immediate joiners will be given priority

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
