Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints.
Manage booking, documentation, payment, registration, and possession coordination.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Follow up on payments, documentation, and pending customer requirements.
Prepare CRM/MIS reports and track customer issues until closure.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years’ experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
Solid coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with a real estate developer will be preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
