Quantity Surveyor / Estimation Engineer

Job Description:

Uttam Architect is looking for detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors / Estimation Engineers with experience in quantity estimation, structural drawings, and reinforcement detailing.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Prepare quantity estimates and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Read and interpret structural, architectural, and reinforcement drawings.
Perform quantity calculations and estimation using Microsoft Excel.
Use AutoCAD to read and understand technical drawings.

Requirements: Relevant technical knowledge, robust Excel skills, and an understanding of construction drawings.
