Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive

About the Prospect

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a reputed real estate developer, for the position of Pre-Sales Executive at their Virar location. We are looking for professional, target-oriented candidates with prior experience in real estate pre-sales and a strong understanding of lead management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for residential real estate projects.
Contact prospective customers, understand their property requirements, and share relevant project information.
Explain project configurations, pricing details, amenities, location advantages, and connectivity.
Qualify leads based on customer interest, budget, and purchase requirements.
Generate and schedule site visit appointments for interested prospects.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain accurate lead details, call remarks, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.




Achieve daily calling, lead qualification, and site visit targets.
Maintain skilled communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
Experience: Prior experience in real estate pre-sales is mandatory.
Candidates must have a working understanding of real estate projects, lead qualification, and customer follow-ups.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong follow-up skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work toward targets.
Candidates from non-real estate backgrounds will not be considered.
