Job Role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and business partners. The role involves meeting clients, understanding their property requirements, coordinating with buyers and sellers, identifying suitable properties, and supporting property onboarding and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, property owners, and brands.
Coordinate with clients and business partners to identify suitable property options.
Arrange property visits and coordinate meetings between interested parties.




Source current properties and assist with onboarding.
Follow up with clients and property owners to ensure smooth coordination.
Assist with price discussions and negotiations between parties.
Address client queries and provide regular updates throughout the transaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to move property deals forward.
Work towards client satisfaction, business growth, and successful deal closures.

Requirements
Any degree is acceptable.
Experience in real estate, sales, or client relationship management is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Kannada and English language skills preferred.
Ability to build professional relationships and manage follow-ups.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
