Job Description – Insurance Executive

Job Purpose

To generate motor insurance business, assist customers with policy issuance and renewals, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure smooth and timely service.

Key Responsibilities
Promote motor insurance policies for new and pre-owned vehicles.
Explain insurance coverage, premiums, advantages, and add-on options to customers.
Coordinate with insurance companies and brokers for quotations and policy issuance.
Handle insurance renewals, customer follow-ups, and documentation.
Coordinate with Sales and Service teams to generate insurance leads.




Maintain insurance records and prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Achieve assigned insurance sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Skills
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Automobile dealership or motor insurance experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
Positive attitude, sales orientation, and target-driven approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
