About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer with strong written and verbal communication skills who can turn technical information into explicit, reader-friendly content. The candidate should also be willing to support marketing content and related activities.

Key Responsibilities
Create and update technical documents, user guides, product descriptions, FAQs, and manuals.
Work with technical and product teams to understand features and explain them accurately.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
Organise documentation and maintain updated versions.
Support marketing through website content, blogs, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Assist with market research, promotional activities, and coordination as required.
Follow brand guidelines and meet content delivery deadlines.





Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them simply.
Robust research, proofreading, and organisational skills.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn new products and tools and contribute to marketing activities.
Freshers with strong writing samples are welcome; relevant internships or 1–2 years of experience are an advantage.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, Canva, or content management systems.
A portfolio of technical, academic, or marketing writing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
