Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented US Sales Associate to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international voice-based sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound sales calls targeting US-based clients.

Pitch our products/services convincingly and manage the complete sales cycle.

Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently to meet and exceed individual targets.





Maintain qualified and explicit communication over voice channels at all times.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of US Sales experience in a voice process.

Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills with a neutral or transparent accent.

Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Shift Flexibility: Comfortable working in the night shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM).
