Job Summary

PEXA Car Care is looking for a result-oriented Franchise Sales Team Leader to build and lead a network of commission-based sales associates to drive franchise sales and business expansion across India.

Key Responsibilities

· Recruit and build a network of commission-based sales associates across India.

· Lead, motivate, and train sales associates to generate franchise leads and close deals.

· Develop strategies to improve franchise sales and revenue generation.

· Support the team in sales presentations, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.

· Build referral networks through business consultants, entrepreneurs, brokers, and independent agents.

· Monitor team performance and ensure consistent sales results.





· Coordinate with the internal team for franchise documentation, agreements, and payment collection.

· Submit regular sales reports to management.

Requirements

· 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel sales.

· Experience managing commission agents or independent sales teams is preferred.

· Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and recruitment skills.

· Ability to build a sales network and deliver measurable results.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per month.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
