Client Servicing Account Manager – Stock Broking .

We are looking for a Client Servicing Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure seamless service delivery in the stock broking business. The role will be the key point of contact for clients, handling their requirements, coordinating with internal teams, resolving queries, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with assigned clients and act as their primary point of contact.
Handle client queries related to equity, derivatives, trading, settlements, funds, and account-related services.
Coordinate with Trading, Operations, RMS, Compliance, KYC, and Finance teams for timely resolution of client requirements.
Track client requests, transactions, and pending issues through to closure.
Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Support client onboarding, documentation, and KYC requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and communication on CRM/internal systems.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, improve service experience,



and support client retention.
Identify prospects to strengthen existing client relationships and support business growth.
Ensure all activities follow internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, stock broking, securities, wealth management, or financial services.
Valuable understanding of Indian equity markets and stock broking processes.
Knowledge of trade lifecycle, KYC, settlements, and basic broking operations.
Solid communication, relationship management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/client management systems.
NISM certification and experience with HNI/UHNI clients will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
