We are looking for an HR Executive with minimun 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare and maintain HR documentation, employee files, and reports.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed across the organization.

Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of experience as an HR.
Solid English Communication skills are a must.
Valuable Experience in IT Recruitment and HR Operations.
Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
