Sales invoice booking and dispatch-related documentation.
Preparation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note).
Preparation and booking of Credit Notes.
Coordination with transporters for vehicle placement and material movement.
Coordination with Stores, Accounts, Production and other concerned departments.
Prepare and maintain packing lists, delivery challans and dispatch records.
Track dispatches and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain transporter records and dispatch-related MIS in MS Excel.
Ensure accuracy of material, quantity and documentation before dispatch.
Handle transport-related delays and follow up for timely delivery.
Prepare skilled emails and maintain proper records.
Candidates with experience in fabrication, structural steel, engineering or manufacturing industries will be preferred
Experience - 2- 3 yrs
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
