Job Description:

Spark Inframark Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations within our real estate business. The ideal candidate will handle accounts, GST, TDS, and ensure proper financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

· Handle billing, invoicing, receipts, and vendor payments.

· Prepare financial reports including P&L;, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

· Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.





· Maintain records of property-related income and expenses.

· Support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.

· 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

· Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

· Understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax laws.

· Solid attention to detail and time management skills.
