Qualifications
Any degree or diploma; commerce, logistics or operations background preferred.
Preferably 1–3 years in order processing, dispatch, logistics or e-commerce operations.
Positive spreadsheet skills and solid attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate with production, accounts, transporters and installers.
Transparent Tamil communication and working English.
Experience with an e-commerce website administration panel is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Maintain website product information and availability.
Verify order details and coordinate payment confirmation with accounts.
Track production readiness, QC approval and dispatch.
Arrange delivery and installation.
Resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate order records.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
