We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting properties to potential buyers, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities
Property Sales: Guide clients through buying and selling properties.
Lead Generation: Prospect and cultivate potential leads through cold outreach, networking, open houses, and referrals.
Client Consultations: Understand client needs, budget, and preferences to match them with suitable property listings.
Property Showings: Conduct property viewings, walk-throughs, and open house events.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate purchase offers, terms, and prices on behalf of clients to achieve successful sales.
Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, property values, and local inventory.





Requirements & Qualifications
Active Real Estate License (or currently in the process of acquiring one).
Proven experience in real estate sales or general sales is preferred.
Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a robust drive to hit sales targets.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
