Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management: Respond to phone, email, web, and walk-in inquiries; log and track leads in the CRM or ERP system.
Student & Parent Counselling: Conduct one-on-one sessions to understand student goals, academic backgrounds, and financial needs, matching them with suitable courses.
Campus Visits & Tours: Guide families through campus facilities (classrooms, labs, libraries, and hostels) and host information sessions.
Application Review & Verification: Evaluate academic credentials, verify documents (mark sheets, transfer certificates, ID proofs), and assist with error-free application submission.
Lead Conversion & Follow-ups: Execute outbound calls, messaging campaigns, and scheduled follow-ups to drive prospective students through the admission funnel.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
